I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's rooms were fantastic and spacious, comparing well with top-tier establishments like the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok or the Four Seasons. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring Krakow, with everything I needed within reach. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
